Install PostgreSQL on Docker

假设Docker Hub上没有适合您需求的 Docker 映像,您可以自己创建一个.

首先创建一个新的Dockerfile

运行 PostgreSQL 服务器容器(在前台):

$ docker run --rm -P --name pg_test eg_postgresql

有两种方法可以连接到 PostgreSQL 服务器. 我们可以使用Link Containers ,或者我们可以从我们的主机(或网络)访问它.

注意:-- --rm会在容器成功退出时移除容器及其镜像.

Use container linking

容器可以直接使用客户端的 docker docker run中的--link remote_name:local_alias链接到另一个容器的端口. 这设置了许多环境变量,然后可以用于连接:

$ docker run --rm -t -i --link pg_test:pg eg_postgresql bash

Connect from your host system

假设您安装了 postgresql-client,您也可以使用主机映射端口进行测试. 您需要先使用docker ps找出容器映射到的本地主机端口:

Test the database

Use the container volumes
